dhokla sucess...

Dhokla is one of those things which looks relatively easy to handle but has the potential of making you go nuts....I've been trying to make it since long ,but to my disappointment it always played tricks....But how can i get myself tricked for long...So i tried and tried and got a foolproof recipe which cannot go wrong....

Add citric acid, salt and sugar
Mix well
Add baking soda and mix for half a minute
Pour this batter in the prepared vessel and cover the cooker with a plate
